1. Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by AP Maids Cleaning Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking a cleaning service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

AP Maids Cleaning Services provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Longwood, FL and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, vacation rental cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

3. Quotes, Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Quotes are estimates based on information you provide and may be adjusted after an initial assessment
  • Payment is due at the time of service or upon completion unless other arrangements are made
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Recurring services may be set up with automatic billing
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Additional charges may apply for services beyond the original scope

4. Appointments, Rescheduling & Access to Property

  • We recommend booking at least 3-5 days in advance
  • Appointments must be rescheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees
  • You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property
  • If we cannot access the property due to incorrect codes, locked doors, or other access issues, a lock-out fee may apply
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, clients are responsible for:

  • Decluttering: Picking up personal items, toys, and clutter before we arrive
  • Safe Environment: Providing a safe working environment free from hazards
  • Pets: Securing pets in a safe area away from the cleaning team
  • Valuables: Securing valuables and fragile items
  • Special Instructions: Communicating any special cleaning needs or areas to avoid
  • Utilities: Ensuring water, electricity, and heating/cooling are functioning

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitations

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue. We may return to re-clean areas that were missed or not cleaned to your satisfaction at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply if the issue is due to factors outside our control or if proper access and preparation were not provided.

7. Property Damage & Liability Limits

  • We are fully insured and take great care with your property
  • In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us immediately
  • Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement cost of the damaged item, up to the limits of our insurance policy
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by improper use of surfaces, or consequential damages
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use our website to transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Misrepresent your identity or property information
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of AP Maids Cleaning Services LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Seminole County, Florida.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
